Reel spec.

1. Surface of the reel is sprayed by Tungsten carbide alloy powder, Hardness HRC≥60, well-resisted of crash. 

2. Inner of reel with cooling water & Forced air-cooling

Mold Case 

The die case include the Lubrication cavity and Cooling cavity.

TN tuning unit 

Spray the surface of roller tuner, wear-resistant; use of pneumatic anti-tuned tension, adjustable constant tension.

Control unit

AC Frequency inverter control the speed, digital PLC with touching screen and Man-machine interface.

Main Function

 (1) Main speed control system is driven by ABB frequency inverter

 (2) Siemens S7-300 PLC control system, make the machine worked more automatically  and protect the machine when meeting malfunction.

 (3) Touch screen: Schneider Electric XBBTG2110, French Brand

 (4) Sensor: Schneider regulator sensor (The touch screen is free to modify the parameters, 

Operator can enter the Technical parameters through touching screen, that make it easy operating and high reliability.

By protection system, also can design the dust cleaning system to avoid dust pollution as per customer's request.
